
Dr. Gupta is a Board-Certified Interventional Nephrologist specializing in Vascular & Interventional Nephrology and the care of End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients. With over a decade of experience in the Raleigh area, he has dedicated his career to advancing hemodialysis vascular access—from minimally invasive AVF creation to complex maintenance procedures.
He has contributed to multiple ground-breaking clinical trials that have improved dialysis care and remains an active member of the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN).
Dr. Gupta completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic Health System, followed by Nephrology and Interventional Nephrology fellowships at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine. He is certified by ASDIN.

Dr. Armando Rodríguez is a Board-Certified Nephrologist specializing in Interventional Nephrology and the comprehensive care of patients with kidney disease and dialysis vascular access. His practice focuses on the evaluation, maintenance, and salvage of arteriovenous fistulas and grafts through minimally invasive, image-guided procedures, including angioplasty, thrombectomy, stent placement, embolization, and dialysis catheter procedures.
Dr. Rodríguez is also trained in Critical Care Medicine, bringing a unique perspective to the care of medically complex dialysis patients and remains actively involved in clinical research.
He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Miami Health System, followed by advanced training in Nephrology, Interventional Nephrology, and Critical Care Medicine at East Carolina University Medical Center. He is an active member of the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN).
